The booklet contains 1 big B&W picture of Paul Simon's face, one medium color picture of Paul Simon with Derek Walcott (booklet back cover) and a medium B&W of hands with locks around. There are two pages of an interesting text by Paul Simon who talks about the origin of this show idea.

I found this recording very nice. Unfortunately, it is mainly sung by a handfull of persons and thus doesn't have the dimension the show would have if it were sung by different people for all the characters. Nonetheless, this is pure Paul Simon and a very good music with enough different styles, well sung (in a pop way) with clever and human lyrics. I hope there will really be a show out of this album as it is very promising. One of the most touching songs of this recording is probably Can I Forgive Him which always makes me shiver because of its simplicity and the way it expresses the real feelings of people when they are struck in the heart. A very good recording, not exactly a cast recording, not exactly a musical but still very enjoyable (even more if you generally like Paul Simon's music).
