Description / My Opinion

Amazon.com - Ordered 12/23/98 - Shipped 12/29/98 - Received 01/09/99 The booklet is very good: there is a text for each of the operas from which the songs are, a little note about Sir Arthur S. Sullivan, and the lyrics to the songs. There also are photos of the performers (small B&W photos) and a very funny drawing of Sullivan and some show posters reproductions. A booklet as there are few. This is a very good recording, with lots of nice musics. Well, this is not a complete work and so it lacks a real story, but it's highly enjoyable, overall the excerpts from The Emerald Isle, but's that's my own opinion.
