A very nice music. Some truly moving songs. At times a little too much "Elton John" (Chow Down for example), but a very good Cast Recording as a whole. Lots of African rythms, which changes from "classical" musicals. Additional Music and Lyrics authors are Lebo M, Mark Mancina, Jay Rifkin, Julie Taymor and Hans Zimmer.
The booklet contains photos of the show in the background of the lyrics.
