Amazon.com - Ordered 04.28.2000 - Shipped 02.06.2000 How Now, Dow Jones opened at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on December 7, 1967, and closed on June 15, 1968 after 220 performances. Producer: David Merrick by arrangement with Edwin H. Morris &Co., Inc., Scenic Production by Oliver Smith, Costumes Designed by Robert Mackintosh, Lighting by Martin Aronstein, Musical Direction and Dance and Vocal Arrangements by Peter Howard, Orchestrations by Philip J. Lang, Dances and Musical Numbers Staged by Gillian Lynne, Associate Producer Samuel Liff, Production Directed by George Abbott. The booklet contains a 3 pages text by Peter Marks, and a 2 pages synopsis. There is also a 2 pages set of biographies of the authors, producer and director, accompanied by a small B&W face picture for each. Otherwise, there are also 3 big and 3 medium sized B&W pictures of the show, plus one small on the back of the jewel box.
