The booklet contains 5 full pages of text by Lindsay Law about the writing of the show, a four pages and a half detailed synopsis and the lyrics. As always for RCA Victor, the booklet is very well done and contains all vital information and even more. About pictures, there is 1 big B&W picture, one 2 pages wide color picture, one one page and a half color picture, one B&W medium picture (is this one smaller because Kathleen Freeman is not as pretty as other cast members so well, not a full page?) and one full page color picture of the performers on stage. The inside of the jewel box also holds a full page color picture of The Men dancing.

Funnily, I wouldn't have made the comparison myself, but my girlfriend asked me if this one was the recording with "the guy that had the brain removed" (A New Brain). I'm still not sure I'd do the same comparison myself, but that was a nice remark, and I love when she tries to get into my passion (obsession?).

This is a nice recording, I listened at it with pleasure. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I will remember it very well as, even if it's entertaining, it contains rather modern music, far from the melodies I generally like to sing. I still have to go through the included lyrics to make a more complete opinion about it.
