Amazon.com - Ordered 02/02/99 - Shipped 02/06/99 - Received 02/12/99 Opened at the Mark Hellinger Theater in New York City on December 18, 1969 and ran for 332 performances. The booklet contains the original LP liner notes, and some reissue notes. There are 3 big B&W, two medium and one 2 pages pictures of the show and the authors. Ther is also a detailed synopsis.
