Amazon.com - Ordered 02/25/99 - Shipped 02/26/99 - Received 03/10/99 The booklet contains 11 small B&W pictures of the main singers, one medium picture of Rodgers And Hart together, 2 medium and 11 small B&W pictures of the recording sessions and 3 medium B&W pictures of some previous productions. There is a text by Bert Fink about how the show was written, and a text from Theodore S. Chapin. There is also a window card from the original 1938 production and some B&W drawings by Hal Hirschfeld (1 big, 4 small).
