Berkshire - Ordered 03/09/99 - Received 03/19/99 Bajour Opened November 23, 1964, at the Shubert Theatre in New York City, moved to the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on May 10, 1965, and closed June 12, 1965, after 232 performances. Producers: Edward Padula, Carroll Masterson, Harris Masterson and Norman Twain. Musical Numbers Staged by Peter Gennaro, Scenery Designed by Oliver Smith, Costumes by Freddy Wittop, Lighting by Peggy Clark, Vocal Arrangements and Musical Direction by Lehman Engel, Orchestrations by Mort Lindsey, Dance Music Arranged by Richard De Benedictis, Assistant Choregrapher Wally Seibert, Production Manager: Duane Camp, Director: Lawrence Kasha. Recorded at Columbia Records, 30th Street Studio, New York City, November 29, 1964. The booklet contains 7 full page and 3 medium sized B&W pictures of the performers. There is a 6 pages text by Curtis F. Brown, including 4 pages of synopsis, followed by its translation in German, French and Italian.
